SHOE SHOW, INC. is the country's largest privately held footwear retailer, operating for 65 years with nearly 1,000 stores in 47 states. We are seeking an experienced Store Associate to join our team at SHOE SHOW MEGA STORE #879 in LOGAN, WV. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.

Associates are responsible for positively contributing to our customers' shopping experience by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service. Team members must deliver impeccable customer service with a "customer comes first" attitude, greet customers, attend to their needs, and build a loyal client base.

The Sales Associate gathers and applies product knowledge to educate customers and assist them in making selections. They tag merchandise for sale, apply promotional notices and price tags, install loss prevention sensors, and process merchandise from the stock room to the sales floor. They also assist in unloading and processing stock weighing up to 55 lbs. The Sales Associate performs sales transactions using the POS system in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, communicating information regarding sales, markdowns, customer programs, and promotions to all customers.
