Pay

• Hourly wage: $19.5–$32.5 per hour, with the actual rate equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage for the job location.
• Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.

Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom. They must lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
