• Greet and offer assistance to all customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professionally handle items that cannot be accepted.
• Determine usable and saleable items according to guidelines for acceptable donations.
• Accurately track all donations according to management standards.
• Support processing by maintaining proper staging of donated goods, rerouting items to correct stations, and assisting with workstation maintenance.
• Provide donors with exceptional service, including greeting within 10 seconds of arrival, evaluating donations, politely declining items on the do not accept list, handling donations with care, and keeping the donation area organized and clean.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash cans, and ensuring hangers and racks are orderly.
• Follow all required safety and security procedures.
• Maintain efficient product flow in line with company policies and procedures.
• Comply with all company and store policies, including opening/closing tasks, pricing, markdowns, and timely completion of required paperwork.
• Receive and verify merchandise incoming to the location from warehouse and vendors.
• Participate in training as required and cross-train as assigned by management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Ability to pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance.
