Compensation

• Hourly wage: $14–$27 per hour
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
