Hourly Compensation

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Pay range is $17 - $30 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
