Par Mar Stores - - Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to store staff and manage daily store operations;
Maximize store profitability by controlling expenses and ensuring brand standards;
Manage inventory from suppliers and ensure proper stocking;
Maintain cash management procedures and security for merchandise and cash;
Ensure store conditions are safe and report incidents promptly;
Staff the store to meet business demands and train/supervise employees;
Consult with District Supervisors and Human Resources for decisions;
Maintain customer service environment and resolve customer issues promptly;
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a timely manner
