• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service at the Endzone and loyalty checkout area
• Assist customers with loyalty program enrollment, rewards lookup, and account questions
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Promote loyalty benefits, credit, and relevant promotions to drive customer engagement
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked Endzone area and impulse merchandise
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns to supervisors
