Pest Management Professional

Terminix Service, Inc. of Glenville, NC is hiring a full‑time Pest Management Professional to manage an established pest control route by selling services, scheduling appointments, conducting home inspections and performing pest control services.

• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers.
• Schedule appointments and conduct home inspections.
• Perform pest control treatments and document work.
• Sell and upsell additional services.
• Maintain and operate a company truck.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing respirators.
• Work in confined spaces and various weather conditions.
• Travel to multiple job sites within the route.

• No experience necessary; paid training provided.
• Pass background check and drug screening, have a valid driver’s license.
• Good driving record and ability to operate a company truck.
• Physical ability to crawl in confined spaces and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Sales ability and self‑motivated approach.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in all types of weather.
