Position Title:
Senior Relationship Banker.
This position is primarily responsible for the execution of traditional consumer banking tasks for retail banking customers. The incumbent executes branch leads according to consumer bank standards, processes customer transaction requests, and converts transactions to qualified sales or referral leads. The incumbent must adhere to all FNB policies, strategies, programs, and core values and may be required to work at various locations within the market.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Promotes the sales process through leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs.
- Makes appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross‑selling of bank products and services.
- Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
- Incorporates FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
- Uses FNB approved branch technology to input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants.
- Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
- Assists with the management of daily sales activity, pre‑shift sales huddles, and monitoring and measuring sales results.
- Completes operational duties of the branch such as scheduling work, providing direction, monitoring workflow, maintaining supplies, opening and closing the office, ordering and managing vault cash, and ensuring all tasks adhere to current policy and procedures.
- Performs routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
- Serves as a risk manager, understanding and reporting daily risks per F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is a required component; all employees must adhere to regulatory laws and guidelines.
Minimum Level of EducationHigh School or GED.
Minimum Years of Experience1 year of job‑related experience.

- Detail‑oriented.
- Ability to use a personal computer and job‑related software.
- MS Word – Basic Level.
- MS Excel – Intermediate Level.
- MS PowerPoint – Basic Level.
- Experience in a related position.
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services.
- Sales and customer service skills.
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
