Overview
Swedish Match North America LLC, a PMI affiliate, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Clarksburg, WV area. The successful candidate will manage all sales and operational functions within the geography.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Sell and service Swedish Match's products in retail stores in the assigned geography.
- Gain new item distribution, execute promotions, and merchandize products, ensuring freshness of all products in all assigned stores.
- Utilize data to develop fact‑based presentations for customers and follow the call process.
- Handle all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point‑of‑sale materials.
- Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience is required.
- Some directly related work experience in non‑durable consumer goods sales.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem‑solving and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Critical thinking, demonstrating the ability to think and act in selling situations.
- Analytical skills, able to analyze data and develop a sales plan.
- Planning skills, demonstrate the ability to prioritize activities to achieve results.
- Microsoft Office and business math skills.
- The candidate must live within the geographical assignment.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Territory Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, and conduct overhead work, and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities (up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis; up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis; possibly up to 50 pounds on a seldom basis).
CompensationAnnual Base Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000.
