Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic up to £5,000 bonus pension

The company continues to grow through both organic development and strategic acquisitions, with a strong focus on customer retention and new business development.
The roleThis is a key position within the commercial and operations team, responsible for managing and developing existing customer relationships while also supporting new business activity.
You will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping to deliver a high level of service while ensuring commercial opportunities are maximised.
Key responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Prepare and calculate quotations
- Support account growth and identify new opportunities within existing clients
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to build competitive pricing
- Attend client meetings (where required)
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and KPI data
- Provide a high level of customer service and communication at all times
- Strong B2B sales or customer service experience
- Confidence handling customer and supplier negotiations
- Experience managing or developing client relationships
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point
- Confident and professional communicator (written and verbal)
- Positive, proactive, and commercially minded
- Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and able to manage deadlines effectively
- Competitive basic salary of £28,000 – £30,000
