Inland Waterways Sales Manager

Opportunity

LR is seeking an experienced and commercially driven IWW Sales / Account Manager to strengthen and grow our Inland Waterways business, based in Rotterdam. This role is critical to sustaining market leadership, expanding market share, and developing advisory opportunities.

• Deliver sales, revenue, margin and cash targets
• Protect market share in new construction
• Grow business with existing fleets, including ToC opportunities
• Act as primary point of contact for customers
• Develop strategic account plans
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management

• Proven sales or account management experience in maritime or related sectors
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trusted client relationships
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Fluent Dutch required
• Based in or willing to relocate to Rotterdam
