Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation

$65,000 to $75,000

A long-standing independent insurance brokerage with a presence along the East Coast is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its Select+ team. They pride themselves on their solutions-based, forward‑thinking and tech‑savvy business model. This role is ideal for an account manager with experience servicing business accounts in the Norfolk area. We are seeking a professional with strong relationship‑building skills and a passion for full‑cycle account servicing.

• Provide end‑to‑end servicing of commercial accounts, from onboarding to renewal
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with producers to support transportation book with some additional general accounts as needed
• Handle a mix of small-medium accounts
• Utilize EPIC for account management and documentation
• Deliver responsive, high‑touch service and contribute to a team‑oriented environment

• 5+ years of commercial lines experience preferred
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Experience in the greater Norfolk area market
• Proficiency in EPIC
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client‑first mindset
