Salesperson​/Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Receptionist/Sales Associate to join our team at Taylor’d Wellness. This role blends customer service with light sales — helping guests feel welcome while introducing them to the benefits of our tanning and wellness equipment, including red light therapy, sauna, UV therapy, and more.

• Greet clients, answer calls, and schedule appointments
• Sell memberships and wellness packages (commission + hourly pay)
• Process payments and assist clients with questions
• Help maintain a clean, professional environment (everyone pitches in — even the owners)
• Assist with laundry and light cleaning
• Use our booking and payment systems confidently (training provided)

• Customer‑service minded and comfortable talking with people
• Confident using computers and basic technology
• Professional appearance — business casual dress code
• Friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
