The Sales Trainee/Merchandiser position is responsible for managing an established sales territory, including selling, servicing, merchandising, administration, and accounts receivable tasks.

• Manage an established sales territory, including selling, servicing, merchandising, administration, and accounts receivable tasks.
• Achieve sales objectives and execute territory management strategies.
• Promote current and new products, implement promotions, and conduct in-store tastings.
• Execute merchandising activities such as shelf placement, maintaining cold boxes, building displays, and stocking inventories.
• Travel within the assigned territory to service accounts and develop relationships with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, uphold corporate values, and build strong retailer relationships.
• Complete other work‑related tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Experience in the liquor industry, such as bartender, wait staff, or liquor store experience (preferable).
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of achieving results.
• Strong ability to work independently, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and multitask efficiently.
• Competitive, self‑motivated, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50‑pound cases, sometimes repeatedly.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to achieve business goals.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and Power BI; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to pass a pre‑employment criminal background check and MVR.
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance.
• Local candidates preferred; no relocation package provided.
