Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Telecaller and Sales Executive role based in Salem, WV. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explaining Garuda Interiors’ products and services, and answering inquiries in a clear and professional manner. The Telecaller and Sales Executive will follow up on leads, schedule site visits or showroom appointments, and support customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing.

Daily tasks include maintaining call records, updating customer information, preparing basic quotations in coordination with the sales team, and meeting defined sales and call targets. The position also requires close collaboration with the operations and design teams to ensure accurate information is shared with customers and a smooth handover after sales confirmation.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and build rapport over the phone and in person.
  • Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead follow‑up, objection handling, and closing deals in a customer‑centric manner.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in interior solutions (e.g., flooring, blinds, partitions, furniture) and willingness to learn product details.
  • Proficiency in maintaining customer records, using phone systems, and working with basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
  • Customer service orientation, with a focus on problem‑solving, professionalism, and delivering a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Salem, WV, manage time effectively, and meet daily and monthly targets.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or retail/home interiors sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
