• Unlock Your Sales Potential: As a Sales Consultant, you will leverage our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to identify the best mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations, creating a tailored shopping experience.

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and bed Match system.
• Interact with customers to provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving sleep quality and overall well-being.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and the bed Match system to assist customers.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment and maintain high energy and enthusiasm.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends; typical 4–5 day work week with 40–55 hours per week.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset showroom displays, and assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles.
• Strong customer service mindset and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
• Experience with tablets, POS systems, and diagnostic tools is a plus.
