The Role:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries and participating in outbound sales activity when required.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Completing new sales, recontracting existing customers, and retaining customers where appropriate.
- Building trust and strong customer relationships.
- Achieving and exceeding sales, retention, and quality KPIs.
- Supporting business growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and lead generation.
- Participating in coaching and training.
- Representing the eir brand professionally.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Contributing positively to overall team success.
This is an onsite position where collaboration, support, and a strong team culture are part of everyday life.
Flexibility is essential.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in a contact centre, retail, online sales, door‑to‑door sales, or outbound sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Telecommunications industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
- Flexibility regarding working hours.
