In this role, you'll run qualified in-home and virtual appointments, assess homeowner needs, and present tailored solutions for roofing, siding, windows, doors, and insulation. You'll manage a robust pipeline, follow up on warm leads, and close high-value projects while delivering a professional, consultative experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with residential homeowners
• Qualify leads and understand homeowner needs, budgets, and project timelines
• Present roofing, siding, windows, doors, and insulation solutions with clear value propositions
• Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and close high-ticket sales
• Follow up on leads from marketing, canvassing, and referrals to maximize close rates
• Use CRM to track pipeline, forecast, and document customer interactions
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Stay current on product knowledge, installation methods, and financing options
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and close-rate targets
• Provide a professional, customer-focused experience that drives referrals and reviews
