Account Executive - Withers Broadcasting

• Must be willing to have fun and enjoy life
• Maintain a work level to achieve 100% of monthly & quarterly goals
• Work hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Occasional evenings and weekends for special events/promotions
• Collect payments from clients in a timely manner
• Develop new business while building relationships with existing clients
• Maintain weekly activity up to standards of performance
• Attend all regularly scheduled meetings
• Complete all paperwork and reports in a timely manner

• Sales experience is required
• Ability to handle deadlines and critical decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Efficient time management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Great listening skills
• Ability to understand and implement concepts quickly
• Clean and professional appearance
• Ability to handle any client conflicts
• Reliable transportation
