As a Global Security Operations Center officer in Racine, WI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will engage with shoppers and staff through strong customer service and clear communication, while documenting observations and responding to concerns.

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail or mall setting.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing disturbances, medical situations, and/or property concerns and communicating updates to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, tenant corridors, entrances, loading areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, assisting with visitor direction, reporting suspicious behavior, and/or supporting loss prevention efforts as directed by site procedures.
• Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and/or shift handoff notes, and promptly report maintenance hazards or policy concerns to site leadership.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
