Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols throughout the retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, and document observations according to site guidelines;
Support loss prevention and customer assistance efforts by reporting incidents, completing detailed activity logs, and providing visible presence throughout the location
