Manufacturing Facility Security Officer

Position Overview

As a Security Officer/Guard, you will oversee client sites, ensuring safety and security of property and personnel. The role requires consistent patrolling of various locations, responding to alarms, and providing excellent customer service to employees and visitors. The position is available for both full‑time and part‑time shifts, with afternoon, overnight, and weekend hours available.

• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR and First Aid training (provided).
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends.

No prior experience required; we provide full training for new hires.

• Observe, report, and respond to incidents at client sites.
• Perform frequent walking, standing, and occasional climbing, covering uneven terrain.
• Maintain security presence and monitor alarm/surveillance systems.
• Provide customer service information to employees and visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols and enforce client site regulations.
