Event Security Music Crew

Allied Universal seeks Event Security Live Music Crew members to provide safety and support at concerts and live events. In this on-site role, you will control access points, screen guests, and manage crowd flow while delivering professional customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring venues, enforcing policies, responding to incidents, and documenting activity. You'll follow detailed post orders, radio procedures, and emergency protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas at live music events
• Conduct bag checks and screening in accordance with venue policies
• Manage crowd flow and support line control before and after shows
• Respond to incidents, de-escalate conflicts, and report safety concerns
• Follow post orders, radio procedures, and emergency protocols
• Provide courteous customer service and directions to guests and staff
• Document incidents and maintain accurate event security logs
• Coordinate with venue staff, supervisors, and public safety as needed
• Inspect event spaces for hazards or prohibited items
• Uphold Allied Universal and client standards for safety and professionalism
