ROAM Response Team Officer

Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated ROAM Response Team Officer to deliver rapid, mobile security support across multiple client sites. In this field-based role, you will conduct patrols, respond to alarms and incidents, secure facilities, and provide visible deterrence to protect people and property. You'll follow detailed post orders, document events, and coordinate with site teams and public safety partners. Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to alarms, incidents, and requests for assistance across assigned facilities
• Conduct mobile and foot patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Monitor and report safety hazards, security breaches, and suspicious activity
• Secure entry points, verify credentials, and enforce site access procedures
• Document incidents, prepare accurate written reports, and maintain activity logs
• Coordinate with site security, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed
• Follow Allied Universal and client-specific post orders and protocols
• Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
• Use radios, phones, and security technology systems to communicate and document events
• Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees during all interactions
