• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of HVAC units and systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance
• Collaborate with team members to complete service calls efficiently and effectively
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding service issues and solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer service

• Licensed Technician in the state of West Virginia (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
• EPA Universal License (required)
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• Strong motivation and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
