Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Electrician/ Electrician Installation
We are seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician based in our Ranson Factory.
This position will work a 12-hour night shift on a 2‑2‑3 rotation from 6PM‑6AM.
Sign‑On Bonus $2,000! Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
Pay Rate:
Between $36 - $41/hour plus a $1/hour night shift differential. Pay is dependent on experience.

- 2-year degree or equivalent certification or work experience required.
- 2-3 years’ practical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment and with automated equipment required.
- Proficient knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)/Automation, specifically Siemens and Endress+Hauser instrumentation.
- Grow and develop the team by sharing knowledge/experience.

- Install and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) using skills to troubleshoot with communication software.
- Perform Electrical and PLC tasks including but not limited to the following:
Calibrating, monitoring, repairing and maintaining transmitters, controllers, plant safety systems, power systems and sensors. - Maintain equipment by way of planned preventive maintenance programs, keeping maintenance records per company policies as well as advanced troubleshooting of electrical/electronic equipment during shift.
- Provide electrical and instrumentation support to the functional area to ensure production can continue in a safe and effective manner.
- Install, calibrate, maintain, test, troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical instrumentation, equipment and associated electrical/electronic controls and related devices for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.
- Install, visually examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, transformers, conduits, feeders, fiber‑optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.
