Salary Range:
Service Salary Schedule Salary based on experience and education level per Putnam County Board of Education salary schedule plus a competitive benefits package to include: PEIA insurance, retirement, life insurance, and free vision and dental insurance.

Job Description:

The Heating & Air Conditioning Mechanic II/General Maintenance Employee is primarily responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems/related equipment and performing other maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Holds a high school diploma or GED
• Has successfully completed a two-year vocational or equivalent training program in heating and air conditioning
• Possesses certification required by Section 608 of the Federal Clean Air Act
• Holds "General Maintenance" and "Heating & Air Conditioning" classifications
• Verified work experience as HVAC mechanic
• Experience with chiller, closed loop systems, Trane UPCM, Trane TUC, and Andover Controls preferred
• Experience with kitchen appliances preferred
• Holds CDL or willing to obtain a commercial driver's license with Class A endorsement

7:25 am - 3:25 pm
