What You'll Do
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance on residential systems, including inspections, cleaning, and tune-ups
- Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
- Check and test system components including thermostats, filters, coils, and electrical connections
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
- Support service team with basic repairs as needed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and company equipment
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of HVAC experience (maintenance experience preferred)
- EPA Certification preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in confined spaces or varying conditions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
