Paving Foreperson – Construction

What you can expect:

• $25.00 per hour and up based on experience
• Company pick‑up and gas card
• Annual increase potential

What you will do:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of a paving crew.
• Work with equipment, laborers, and management.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the paving process.
• Train employees on proper paving techniques and safety procedures.
• Work outside.
