We install and maintain electrical control systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures in a manufacturing environment. You will work with production and maintenance teams to keep equipment reliable and comply with safety standards.
Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, and control system issues to minimize downtime
- Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and upgrades
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Maintain and repair motors, drives, sensors, relays, and other industrial components
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in automated systems and production lines
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Work with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately
- High‑school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification in electrical technology preferred
- Experience with electrical controls and maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting (or equivalent education and experience)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial controls
- Ability to read electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Familiarity with automated equipment and production machinery
- Working knowledge of OSHA and electrical safety regulations
- Certified electrician or equivalent – preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR (requested annually) if operating mobile equipment or company vehicles
- Regular and punctual attendance required
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills required to complete/interpret technical work instructions, company training, and HRIS requirements
Full‑time. May include overtime, weekends, or on‑call shifts as needed to support production.
