CSX is seeking a Freight Conductor to safely coordinate train crews, place rail cars for loading, and makeup/breakdown trains in yards or customer facilities. The role requires strong safety awareness and the ability to read complex operating instructions.
You will participate in formal training at the Atlanta Training Center, with paid four-week instruction and eligibility for OJT following completion. New hires can receive biweekly pay during training and guaranteed additional compensation
