Master Electrician

United Talent is immediately hiring a Master Electrician for a company in Eleanor, WV! Job duties include planning, coordinating, and overseeing electrical installations, maintenance, and repair projects. Supervising and mentoring Journeyman Electricians, apprentices, and other electrical staff. Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics. Ensuring all electrical work complies with NEC standards, local codes, and company policies. Troubleshooting complex electrical issues and developing effective solutions.

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical panels, wiring, lighting, generators, and other electrical equipment. Performing inspections and testing to verify system performance and safety. Coordinating project schedules, materials, and labor requirements. Communicating with customers, contractors, and project managers regarding project progress and requirements. Maintaining accurate records of work performed, inspections, and materials used. Promoting and enforcing workplace safety procedures and OSHA standards.

Pay and

Shift: Monday
- Friday 8am – 5pm. Pay starts at $30 per hour. Requirements include a valid Master Electrician License in the State of West Virginia. Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.

Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments. Experience managing multiple projects and crews. Knowledge of service upgrades, generators, and advanced troubleshooting techniques. Experience with estimating project costs and material requirements. Strong customer service and communication skills.
