Taylor’s Construction is hiring laborers to support telecom construction crews in the New Martinsville, WV area. This entry-level role focuses on assisting linemen and operators with fiber optic and copper cable installations, site prep, trenching, and equipment handling.
You will work outdoors, follow safety protocols, and have opportunities to advance into lineman or operator roles. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 lbs and commit to flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
