Candidates must be honest, trustworthy, and driven to help customers with long-term solutions.

Install and service garage door systems, with an expectation of 2 systems per day

Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-driven mindset

Learn and grow your skills through hands‑on training and field experience

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all work performed

Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and our customers

Ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards

Collaborate with your team to improve processes and share knowledge

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs, climbing ladders, and using hand tools

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to different situations

High school diploma or equivalent

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset

Hourly pay with a realistic annual range of $50,000–$80,000 after training
