Description
We at Litman Excavating are looking for experienced diesel or equipment Technician
- General preventative maintenance on dump trucks, vacuum trucks, tractors, and equipment
- Troubleshooting any and all faults indicated by onboard systems, drivers or other personnel
- Perform authorized warranty work on new fleet vehicles (no previous certification needed)
- Use shop provided scan tools to assist in diagnosing faults
- Punctual attendance
- Willingness to learn and take direction from Senior staff
- Have your own tools or be willing to purchase them as needed
- Strong work ethic and moral base
- One year of verifiable experience in a shop, manufacturing, or industrial role that would have transferable knowledge
- Basic knowledge of diesel engines and commercial vehicles
- Diesel aftertreatment in both trucks and equipment
- Base engine building
- Manufacture training courses or certificates
- Ability to weld
