🔐 NOW HIRING: MASTER PHYSICAL SECURITY SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN 📍 Parkersburg, WV Area | Field Position 💰 $35–$50/hour, based on experience & licensing 🕐 Full-Time | Hourly Parkersburg Mancan is partnering with a local company seeking an experienced Master Physical Security Systems Technician to serve as the top technical expert on their field services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, low-voltage systems, and IP networking who is ready to lead complex projects and mentor technicians.

🛠️ RESPONSIBILITIES Lead complex installations, programming, integration, and commissioning Troubleshoot advanced security, network, and system integration issues Establish and maintain installation, quality, safety, and code-compliance standards Lead, train, and mentor technicians at all experience levels Partner with project managers on scheduling, materials, scope, and problem resolution Perform final system testing, inspections, and customer walkthroughs Ensure installations meet NEC, manufacturer, and industry standards Serve as a technical resource for customers, contractors, and other trades Maintain tools, testing equipment, vehicles, and inventory Promote and enforce job-site safety procedures ✅ REQUIREMENTS Two or more active licenses in Alarm, Electrical (ELE), and/or Low Voltage 7+ years of experience installing, integrating, and troubleshooting physical security systems Expert knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and low-voltage systems Strong understanding of IP networking and NEC requirements Proven ability to lead crews and mentor technicians Ability to read and modify blueprints, schematics, and riser diagrams Advanced skills with tools and testing/commissioning equipment Ability to work on ladders/lifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

High school diploma/GED Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred: NICET Level II+, manufacturer certifications, experience in commercial/healthcare/education environments, and previous technical supervision experience. 🚀 Ready to take your technical career to the next level?
