- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Install HVAC equipment, components, and system upgrades as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and work documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers, facility managers, and team members.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety regulations and local building codes.
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience, preferably in commercial environments.
