We are looking for a Full-time Safe At Home Wraparound Facilitator to join our Winfield, WV NYAP team!

Salary: $40,000/yr.

Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Program Director, this position provides the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks related to family facilitation, mediation, conflict resolution, assessment, and planning. Safe at Home staff have training in but are not limited to:
Trauma-Focused CBT, CANS, and CAPS certified, facilitation and team building, Wraparound Safe at Home Model, System of Care “Ladder of Learning”, family engagement, specialized training to meet the needs of the wraparound population, and 10 Key Principles of Wraparound.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies.
  • Family facilitation, mediation, or conflict resolution.
  • Strengths-based assessment and planning.
  • Perform all dutiesin accordance withpersonnel policies and fiscal guidelines
  • Maintainsaccurate, detailed, andtimelydocumentation.
  • Communication and relate to diverse groups and manage interpersonal conflict.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with personnel policies and fiscal guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with appropriate licensure.
  • Must have a knowledge base for mental illness, diagnosis and behavioral disorder
    s.
  • Two years relevant experience.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
Other Skills
  • A commitment to working with youth and families.
  • Must be able to collaborate closely with a team of family members and professionals to develop and implement individual plans of care.
  • May carry a caseload of up to 12youth/families.
Driving and Vehicle Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Good driving record
  • Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,00/$300,000 bodily injury liability required
