Eligible Youth with Barriers to Employment- Indigenous youth
- Youth in a rural, remote, Northern, or Fly-in community
- Be aged between 15 and 30 years old on the start date of the job
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
- Be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a person who has been granted refugee status in Canada
The employer provides accommodation measures, such as:
- physical, visual, or auditory accessibility accommodations
- flexible work arrangements
- dedicated spaces for cultural, spiritual, or religious practices
The employer provides equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) awareness training, which is available to employees or has already been taken by staff. For example:
