Animator for Children and Youth

Support for children during daycare. Support for children during lunch time. Welcome a group of children, youth; design, propose, and implement activities of animation and leisure within the framework of the educational project of the service or facility. Technical activities:
Participate in the elaboration of the pedagogical project; animate activities and accompany the audiences received. Specific activities:

Participate in the elaboration of the pedagogical project; animate activities and accompany the audiences received; organize leisure activities and adapt them to different audiences; design sessions by adapting animation supports in line with the pedagogical project; plan animation times respecting the rhythms of the audiences; respect the abilities, expression, and creativity of the individual; be attentive and know how to dialogue with the public;

put in shape and facilitate the project of the group of young people; adapt to the social and cultural diversity of the youth; identify young people in difficulty and report the situation to the responsible person of the structure; sensitize children and young people to the respect of the environment. KNOWLEDGE:
Socio-professional knowledge; missions, educational projects, structuring of the service and shared values of animation; network of socio-educational partners; pedagogical knowledge related to the audience; material and technical conditions of projects and activities; rhythm of the child and adolescent; general knowledge: local geographical, socio-economic, and cultural context; public territorial function and collectivities; orientations and organization of the collectivity; public accounting.
