As a Treatment Associate, you will be a consistent, positive presence for youth who need stability, guidance, and hope. You’ll help them build life skills, manage challenges, and move toward reunification, independence, and success.

You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting youth in a residential setting:
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor for youth
- Build meaningful relationships and understand each youth's treatment plan and goals
- Support daily routines, including hygiene, structure, and life skills
- Respond to emotional needs with empathy, guidance, and encouragement
- Manage crisis situations safely using trained intervention techniques
- Administer medications in accordance with protocols
- Document progress, incidents, and daily activities accurately
- Coordinate with therapists, supervisors, schools, and families
- Facilitate recreational, educational, and spiritual enrichment activities
- Caring, compassion, and a desire to make a difference in a child's life.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound judgment and the ability to stay calm in crisis situations
- Emotional resilience and genuine care for youth
- Ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and complete the required trainings
- Ability to remain alert and respond to crises
- Physical stamina (may include lifting, running, and intervention support)
- Comfort working in dynamic environments (indoors/outdoors, varying conditions)
