Now Hiring – USPS CDS Rural Mail Carrier

Deliver mail part‑time on a USPS‑solicited CDS mail route in the Lewisburg, West Virginia area. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid West Virginia driver’s license, be able to lift 70lbs, work in all weather conditions, and reside in the area.

• Sort mail in delivery sequence for 550 active boxes
• Load mail and parcels in delivery sequence into the delivery vehicle
• Deliver mail along an assigned 47.6‑line travel route
• Dismount to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable items
• Perform other administrative duties as required

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid West Virginia driver’s license
• Ability to lift 70lbs
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Residence in the Lewisburg area

• Provide a dependable vehicle (Mini‑Van or equivalent) that meets postal regulations and offers at least 120cubic feet of usable load space for mail and parcels
• Maintain vehicle, fuel and insurance costs
• Provide liability insurance in compliance with postal requirements (e.g., $100,000/$500,000 or $600,000 CSL)

• Day shift: 8:00am – 3:15pm (start and end times may vary)
• Part‑time: typically two days per week
• Pay: $25.92 – $26.88 per hour plus vehicle reimbursement
• Benefits paid as cash equivalency up to a maximum of 40hours per week, in accordance with the DoL Wage Determination under the Service Contract Act
