CDL-A Truck Driver — OTR | No-Touch Freight | $1,850+/Week | Full Benefits

Compensation & Home Time- Earn $1,850+ per week
- Solo Miles Pay: $0.76 per mile | 1,800 – 2,100 miles per week
- Solo Stops Pay: $17.50 per stop | 4 – 8 stops per week
- Per Diem Pay: $50 per night
- Route Type: OTR — up to 2 weeks out

Solo — all 48 states - Tractor Type:
Sleeper cab - Trailer Type: 53' Refrigerated (Reefer)
- Freight Type:
No-Touch — Chicken
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- 9 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience within the past 3 years
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Must pass a Ryder Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Must pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
- Medical, Dental & Vision coverage begins after 30 days
- 80 hours of PTO in your first year, accruing from Day 1 — use it or receive payout

- Driver Authority:
Drivers operate as the Captain — safety decisions are yours, and your position is protected - 401(k) rollover available immediately + company match at 1 year
- 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to specific eligibility criteria, including work tenure)

Trucks are 36 months or newer; 24/7 roadside maintenance provided; company drivers fuel at 800+ Ryder maintenance facilities nationwide
