Job Description:

Formed in 2011, Johnson Brothers Mountain State Beverage is transforming the West Virginia marketplace with cutting-edge technology and a commitment to excellence. With over 100 team members, the organization is the largest statewide wine and beer distributor. Based in Summersville, the company is also one of the state's leading brokers of spirits representing a world-class portfolio of brands.

This position has primary responsibility for coordinating delivery operations including routing, delivering and backhauling activities.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, early AM start time

Pay Rate:

* $60-65k annual compensation, DOE

Job Duties:

* Hire, train and manage assigned delivery driver personnel

* Manage delivery drivers in all aspects including customer service, accuracy and productivity

* Oversee driver scheduling to ensure timely delivery of product

* Coordinate all safety activities for Delivery staff

* Manage the efficiency of the delivery routes using routing software

* Interface with customers solving discrepancies, problems and creating a cohesive relationship

* Foster and maintain a collaborative relationship with the sales, warehouse, delivery and customer service departments.

Job Requirements

* 2 year associates degree or equivalent experience

* 3+ years of experience in delivery operations

* Familiar with GPS tracking software, Samsara preferred

* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite and internet applications

* Current CDL A License

* AS400 experience preferred
