On‑Boarding & Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely customer onboarding by completing all SOP, documentation, quotation, and compliance checklist requirements.
Customer Communication & Booking Management:
Manage all daily customer communications and process booking requests with complete accuracy and timely vessel detail confirmation.
Shipment Coordination:
Coordinate shipment execution by securing pickup instructions, validating routing and carrier options, performing credit checks, and ensuring all required documents are uploaded to Cargo Wise.
Documentation & Certificate Management:
Ensure all BLs, certificates, and customer documents are processed accurately, approved in line with SOPs, and discrepancies resolved promptly.
Pre‑Alerts & Delivery Coordination:
Issue pre-alerts, coordinate customs clearance and delivery instructions, process carrier invoices, and ensure all final documents are updated in Cargo Wise.
Cargo Tracking & Exception Handling:
Monitor cargo movement daily, resolve transit delays proactively, and provide customers with timely tracking updates.
Financial Accuracy & Profitability:
Maintain financial accuracy by validating accruals, WIPs, and job profitability within Cargo Wise for all assigned shipments.
System Updates:
Ensure timely and accurate updates for all system requirements.
