Location: Cottontown
CDL Driver – Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities Transport Goods:
Safely and efficiently transport goods between locations using heavy trucks and tractor-trailers
Regulatory Compliance:
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while ensuring on-time deliveries
Vehicle Maintenance:
Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report any issues
Inspections:
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Documentation:
Accurately complete and verify delivery paperwork
Recordkeeping:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of deliveries and pickups
Requirements
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
Strong vision and hearing
Good physical condition and stamina
Ability to complete CDL certification (typically 3–6 months if not already licensed)
Incentive Program $250 Referral Bonus:
Employees are eligible for a $250 bonus for referring new hires. Bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 60 working days.$500 Sign-On Bonus:
New drivers are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus after completing 60 working days.
