CDL-A Truck Drivers Earn $1,600 to $2,000+/Week – Home Weekly (Full Time)

We’re looking for Class A drivers driven to earn a guaranteed salary plus extra pay per shipment and enjoy great benefits while getting home weekly.

• Drivers will pick up loads at a DC just outside Front Royal. Trailers are preloaded, and drivers will hook and go.
• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215 per day plus $300 for every trailer unloaded.
• Drivers will make between 2–4 stops per trailer, unloading boxes weighing 1–35 lbs onto a conveyor for in‑store personnel. Drivers do not perform inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck.
• After a 34‑hour home reset, drivers may continue on a load; the next week they finish deliveries before heading back to the DC for the next load.
• Orientation takes place in Dayton, is generally about 2 days. The company provides transportation, hotel, and meals and pays $85 per day during orientation.
• After 3–5 days of training (paid $210 per day) drivers can have their pet and rider with them from the first day after training.
• Full benefits commence after 60 days and include medical, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with matching.

• Drivers must be 21 years old and have six months of verifiable Class A experience in the last year, or one year of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years.
• CDL must be current for the state of residence when applying.
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• May have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years, but none may include: no major traffic violations; no preventable rear‑end collisions; no rollovers.
• Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason. The company will rely on employer verification.
• May have one of the following moving violations in a personal vehicle in the last 3 years, but none in a commercial vehicle: 15+ points, Reckless, Following too closely, Texting or using handheld device. Presence in a commercial vehicle disqualifies the applicant.
