CDL Driver at Latham Pool Products, Inc.

$30.27 - $31.42 per hour. Pay ranges may be modified based on location, skills, and experience.

Full-time, on-site and off-site.

• $2,000 Sign‑On Bonus and Driver Incentive Plan Bonus.

As a CDL truck driver for the largest manufacturer of in‑ground swimming pools in North America, you will reliably and safely transport fiberglass pools and related supplies from our distribution center to installation locations. You will provide a professional, customer‑centric experience and help our brand deliver quality to customers.

• Safely load, unload, and deliver fiberglass pools.
• Secure loads properly.
• Follow state‑permitted routes, delivery schedules, and rest requirements.
• Keep detailed driving and delivery logs and track hours on an Electronic Log System.
• Notify managers of maintenance or delivery issues.
• Maintain compliance with company rules, traffic laws, and DOT regulations, and prioritize safety.
• Collect receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment when required.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience and age 21.
• Valid Class A CDL license and clean MVR.
• Over‑size load experience preferred.
• Basic repair knowledge and ability to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and with pilot drivers.
• Good knowledge of roads and ability to read orders and follow safety regulations.
• Capacity to sit, walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate verbally and by phone.
