This position can be based out of anywhere in the continental U.S. Reagent's National Fleet drivers move from region to region to meet the fluctuating demands of our business. Drivers in the National Fleet will be asked to work in any of the geographical areas for extended periods. Drivers must have their CDL A, TWIC Card, HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements. The following are some of the benefits and requirements for drivers in this National Fleet.
PAY:
- Weekly minimum pay of $2,800 – That's $145,600 per year!
- Ability to earn activity bonuses for orders delivered on top of base pay – some drivers have earned well over $200,000!
- Quarterly and Annual Safety Bonuses
- $1,000 Quarterly Retention Bonuses
- Driver Referral Bonus
- Paid orientation period
- Weekly $297.50 Per diem allowances
SCHEDULE:
- Expected to stay in assigned geography for several weeks, as demand requires
EQUIPMENT:
- Assigned International Tractor
- Sirius Radio
PERSONAL TIME OFF:
- Minimum of 20 days PTO; earn up to 30 PTO days
- 10 company paid holidays
- Coordinated travel, including some airfare, to accommodate PTO
REQUIREMENTS:
- Class CDL A with tanker & hazmat endorsements
- 2 years driving experience + 1 year tanker experience
- TWIC Card
